KABULI VS DESI — CHOOSE BY END-USE
Kabuli is typically larger and lighter—often preferred for canning and hummus markets where appearance and size matter. Desi is smaller and darker—commonly used for milling and ingredient applications. We supply whole chickpeas and can discuss split formats where available.
